Project status changed from upcoming to active. Trail between Boston Ave and Sunset St is now closed through construction completion in Fall 2026. Page updated with new FAQs about closure duration and tree removal along the trail.
St. Vrain Greenway Phase 13
Construction underway on the 2-mile eastern extension from Sandstone Ranch to St. Vrain State Park. Parking area near the Visitors Center closed starting December 23 for the duration of the project. Trail access remains open.
